OBJECTIVE
CASE Ventures is an internal initiative by CASE, aimed at creating, incubating, and launching agency-developed brands into the market.


MY ROLE
As part of a small, focused team of strategists, I contributed to shaping a new soon-to-be-released CASE Ventures beauty brand by:

  • Conducting Competitive Analysis: Evaluated market trends and assessed competitors to identify viable opportunities.

  • Developing Brand Positioning: Collaboratively refined strategies to carve out a distinct space for the new brand.

  • Creating Strategy Presentations: Presented findings and recommendations to the CASE executive team, helping to drive informed decisions about the brand's direction.
